Senior Systems Integrator
Location: Springfield, Virginia, United States

The SEIN (Systems Engineering & Integration for the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence) program delivers full life-cycle systems integration and engineering services to the missions of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).  SEIN is chartered to provide technical leadership for many of NGA’s highest priorities, including the Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Enterprise (ITE) initiative which establishes a set of common IT infrastructure services for the IC.
The IC ITE Systems Engineer provides technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk assessments, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems for IC ITE adoption.  The candidate must process strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a valued team member in a fast moving and highly visible project environment providing technical guidance to the SEIN IC ITE program staff.  Reporting directly to the IC ITE Project Lead (PL), the IC ITE System Engineer supports the architecture technical planning, execution and implementation of the IC ITE project.

Responsibilities include:
Serves as the IC ITE SME focal point for agency IC ITE activities
Cloud security SME to include IAA, VPCs, and ICD 503 compliance
Provides ASP support to the SEIN Applications Service Integrator (ASI) PM in getting the Programs of Record and NGA capabilities to the Cloud
Generates IC ITE strategies and paths forward for the IC ITE Project Lead (PL)
Communicates and leads technical exchanges with the various IC, DoD and 5EE Cloud providers
Identifies key project decision points and provides Go/No-Go recommendations
Serves as the technical SME on behalf of the IC ITE PL
Develops technical briefs and IC ITE plans/status to NGA and community stakeholders
Translates customer needs into project requirements on behalf of the IC ITE PL
Develops an IC ITE project plan with the IC ITE PL
Monitors project execution and provides course correction actions
Leads the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution of technical risks and issues
Reviews team products for quality assurance
Helps the IC ITE PL lead the technical analysis of alternatives efforts
Provides weekly activity reports to IC ITE PL
Other relevant IC ITE activities as directed by the IC ITE PL

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
16+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, systems development or cloud computing experience
5+ years of related experience with NGA or IC partners in a multi-contractor, military and civilian government environment
Demonstrated ability to establish effective customer relationships with senior level government personnel
Demonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management
Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience with DOD / IC policies, regulations, instructions (e.g. ICD 503)
Knowledge of NIST Cloud Model +, CISSP +
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and FEDRAMP
Knowledge and experience in IdAM methodologies and technologies – ABAC and tagged data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus the ability and willingness to share knowledge
Active TS/SCI clearance & willing to take and pass a counter-intelligence polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Info Systems or related scientific or tech discipline
Cloud experience within the IC i.e. keen understanding and knowledge of C2S, GovCloud, JIE, DI2E, 5EE








Title:                           Branch Budget Analyst | Crystal City, VA

Position Summary:   
  • Responsible for a broad range of tasks associated with the financial planning, budgeting, and management of numerous acquisition programs
  • Manages internal and external budgetary planning and execution activities and compliance with periodic reporting requirements
  • Adapts and applies applicable financial and business processes and procedures
  • Monitors and manages outside financial resources
  • Reviews/oversees preparation of all program related financial documentation and participates in technical and administrative reviews.
Minimum Education / Experience:
  • Minimum Experience/Education:  Eight (8) years’ experience within functional areas including financial management and DoD PPBE process.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Web-based applications required. 
  • Possesses demonstrated managerial and communication (written and oral) skills; fully knowledgeable of all financial aspects the programs under his/her management.


Minimum Education:  Bachelor's degree in business accounting or other related business discipline. 

Clearance: Must have current TS/SCI
